Strengths of the Toyota Kaizen method

We have further strengthened our on-site capabilities using the Toyota "Kaizen" method.

In 2004, we formed a capital alliance with the Toyota Group.

Thanks to our partnership with Toyota Industries Corporation, we have further strengthened our "continuously improving on-site capabilities" using the TPS (Toyota Production System), in addition to the foundation of our conventional quality control (QC) activities, we improve our services with an efficient logistics design.

FKS (Fuji Logistics Kaizen System)

By incorporating Toyota's "Kaizen" methods as "FKS" into our logistics and establishing an optimal logistics design to improve our daily on-site activities, we have improved our services.

Specialized "Kaizen" unit

The members of the "FKS Promotion Department," who have gained experience at the Toyota Group, continuously assess each worksite and implement improvement efforts. As a result, we have instilled a culture in which each individual worker is able to maintain a high level of awareness at the workplace.
